The German maestro confirmed it himself after he picked up his medal last night:

So it’s official: Toni Kroos is joining Real Madrid, and will be presented at the Bernabeu this Thursday, as reported by MARCA.
Kroos will be Madrid’s first summer signing, the European champions appearing to have taken the month of June off before coming in with a bang now.
Kroos will sign from Bayern Munich for around €30m, and could make his debut in the European Super Cup against Sevilla.
