1. Cristiano Ronaldo

Possibly the best in the football right now, Cristiano Ronaldo went from being a undeveloped and inexperienced winger at Sporting Lisbon, to becoming one of the best players in the game. His trophy cabinet is filled with English Premier League, FA Cup, Champions League, UEFA Supercup, La Liga, Copa Del Rey and many other trophies on club level. He also won the most awards as an individual, making him the most decorated footballer. Nevertheless, he lacks, like his ‘arch-rival’ Messi, a trophy on international level. Hopefully he can bring one with Portugal in coming years.

2. Lionel Messi

The Argentine superstar is smashing records one after the other, leaving his mark in the football world as one of the greatest players of all times. The 4 times Ballon d’Or winner has won every possible trophy with FC Barcelona, along with many other personal award. He, however, lacks any decent achievement with the national team.

The Welshman is maybe one of the best players to have ever set foot at theater of dreams, and definitely the one with lengthiest career at the Red Devils. Over his two decades at the club, he won many trophies and awards, however his International career was not so prosperous. Yet, he can surely showcase more trophies than most of the players in the game.
